We’re a premier, high-touch professional gardening and garden management company. Real gardens, real standards. We’re expanding and hiring Associate and Lead Gardeners who can execute beautifully, work kindly, and follow a proven company process (and eventually teach it).

We care about clean work, sharp eyes, and gardens that look intentionally maintained—not “good enough.”

Our work is in the greater Boston area & select regional areas of the Cape and Rhode Island. You must have reliable, personal transportation and live in Massachusetts or be willing to commute.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain high-end residential gardens (hands-on horticulture, not lawn care)

• Prioritize tasks intelligently based on season, plant needs, and site conditions

• Work efficiently and professionally with a respectful, kind team

• Lead roles: set the tone, train/guide others, and protect quality + process

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid plant knowledge + real-world garden experience

• Good judgment and strong prioritization

• Professional, kind, flexible

• Must live in Massachusetts or willing to commute

• Reliable personal transportation is required initially (until assigned crew logistics are finalized)

• This is physical, outdoor work in normal New England conditions

Schedule:

• Seasonal late March through early December (full-time or part-time)
